I've been soooooo lazy

Over a month ago, my bff came to play and noticed all my oil-brushed bronze doorknobs.  She asked if I had really replaced all the doorknobs.  The short answer - no.  I then quickly promised to post the tutorial to my blog in the coming week.

Well like I said, it's been a month which means.
1. It's been far to long since I've seen her
2. I've been so lazy I couldn't even post a project I already completed.

Oh well, they call it the lazy days of summer and I'm eating it up.

For those of you that hate the ugly contractors brass doorknobs here's my solution.
It only cost me around $5, as opposed to $10/door

    1. Find a well ventilated, clean area to spray paint.
    2. Disassemble each door knob (how-to based on the type of knobs)
    3. Line up all "fronts" of knobs as well as screws

    4. Use something to hold the "backs" of each knob (they have a spindle that connects the 2 pieces - I used an old cardboard box)

Spray paint, dry, spray paint, dry

    Re-assemble
    ENJOY!

    I hope this helps!
