I need coffee & I need to go running.
Should I get my coffee before or after my run?
Whew this is harder than I thought.
Just weighed myself again for good measure.
Current Weight: 138.5 lbs
WOO - HOO down 1.5 lbs already.
This is a piece of cake.
I wish I hadn't mentioned cake, I love cake.
I'm going to take my measurements today.
Any way to measure results & provide a little extra motivation.
