Day 6 - POS

Day 6 Update
Current Weight: 138 lbs
Delta: - 2 lbs

Not huge but as long as the scale continues to go down, heck I don't care of the scale goes down as long as the measurements go down.

Most progress this week is probably due to essentially eliminating carbs.  Aside from yesterday's bittersweet celebration I have been eating almost exclusively protein.

Never realized how little I need carbs: eggs, chicken, and fish make for some pretty tasty meals.
I've also significantly increased my water intake and cut out soda. 
I haven't had a Diet Coke in 5 days - WOAH!

Baby steps (& runs) will get me there!
